WHAT TO CLARIFY BEFORE BUYING.
Can the machine be tested before purchase?
Test runs depend on machine condition, location and site facilities. Tell us which products and functions you want to verify so we can discuss feasible arrangements. Available operating videos will also be confirmed for the specific machine.
Can a third party inspect the equipment?
Please raise this before purchase. The inspection provider, scope, site access, timing and costs need to be discussed in advance, subject to conditions at the machine’s location.
Does the quotation include shipping?
Inclusions depend on the specific quotation. Share the destination country, city or port so we can discuss transport and clarify equipment, packing, shipping and other costs.
Do you provide installation guidance or on-site installation?
Tell us your installation needs before buying. Documentation, remote communication and on-site services depend on the equipment and destination. Arrangements and costs must be agreed in advance.
Is used equipment covered by a warranty?
Warranty and after-sales terms depend on the machine, its known condition and the purchase agreement. These terms should be discussed before purchase. Communication after delivery does not automatically include on-site installation or warranty coverage.
